First Day of School!

Dakota walked up to the the DWMA shyly, continuing up the stairs. She walked into the symmetrical school and wondered the halls, passing many unfamiliar faces.

K-dex was looking at the ceiling and accidentally bumped into the girl. "Oh! I'm so sorry."

Dakota, startled by the person bumping into her, automatically does an apologetic bow. "No. I'm sorry!"

"No really. I should've been paying more attention..... What your name?"

Hybrid swiftly strides up the steep steps to the Academy.

This is where I will be for a long time... So I should probably get used to it before I jump into anything.

I slipped through the entrance and into the open central area of the DWMA.

I see a girl and boy apologizing after an earlier run in.

I guided myself throughout the Academy and to a room labeled Class Crescent Moon.

This is where I was told to go...

I entered to a partially empty classroom with rows of seats on inclining levels of heights. I sit in the center area of the center row.

Dakota pauses for a moment, "Um...Dakota Klein...Yours?"

"K-dex..." K-dex looked down at his watch. "Ooh, I'd better get to my classroom before its to late. What class are you headed to?"

"Umm...Class Cresent Moon I think," Dakota says looking in the direction of the class.

I tap my pointer finger continuously on my desk, going at a steady tempo.

"Me too..." K-dex starts to look around. "OH! There it is!" K-dex walk into crescent moon classroom and sits next to hybrid.

I sit back on my hand and cross my arms.

I look over to the person next to me.

"Hi, I'm Hybrid..."

Dakota follows K-dex into the classroom and sits a couple seats over from Hybrid and k-dex.

"I'm k-dex. The coolest person in this school!" He said jokingly. "Do you know when this class starts?"

Dakota pulls out a book and waits for class to start.

"No, I'm hoping soon though"

Just at that moment, a tall velvet haired lady in a tan suit vest and tan suit pants walked in.

"I am Mrs. Igers... Your teacher."

Dakota puts her book off to the side and puts her attention on the teacher.

"So... There has been a major increase on Kishins this year. They are infesting the city..."
Mrs. Igers scribbled stuff on the chalk board.

With the teacher turned around writing on the board, Dakota knew she was saying something but was unable to read her lips with her turned around. Dakota put her hand on her forehead and continued watching the teacher.

I focused back from Dakota to the teacher.
I tapped my finger on my desk with a steady beat again.

Mrs. Igers turns to reveal a diagram of a Kishin soul.

"Generally, souls reflects something that is of great importance from the exterior perspective of someone. Examples would be if someone would wear a hat a lot and it became of importance, it would also be placed on their soul."

K-dex waited for the teacher to give orders.
