Description/Appearance:
Look at the picture, the clothes on the person are what he wears. Glyndwr is a lean, tall person. Though he is not very muscled, his stamina and agility are almost extraordinary. His hair is brown, though it gets lighter as it goes down, being almost white near the bottom of his head. He always has a red bladed knife strapped to his belt (Zar'roc anyone?) with which he fights.
His eyes are a dark purple, like his dragons and he carries a pocket watch which is strapped on with a chain to his trousers.

Soul Description:
His soul is a normal looking soul with the shape of a dragon visible behind it. This represents the bond between Glyndwr and Yurio.

Personality:
Glyndwr is a kind and thoughtful person, though he can be arrogant and a plain pain when the fact he is a dragon rider gets to his head at times. There are also times where he tries to play with peoples heads for fun.

History:
His family had always lived in woods, with a house which kept being added to over time he always lived in a large house. His life was good, but his family had to hunt for food, due to living in a very secluded area. One day it was Glyndwrs turn to hunt, which was just after his brothers. While he was stalking a deer, he spotted a large stone laying in the grass. Once he killed the deer, he hurried to the stone and put it in his rucksack. It looked precious, being a smooth, purple, stone. He came back home with the deer and the stone, then showed it to his family, who thought it was useless and it wouldn't be worth anything. After a few nights of the stone staying on one of his shelves, it started rocking; the stone wasn't a stone, but an egg which would hatch into Yurio. After the egg hatched, Glyndwr approached the dragon and tried to stroke its head, which burnt a mark into his palm; a way to cast magic spells with the help of an ancient language; when speaking this language, the user is also unable to tell lies, for example if you said to a bird that you would not harm it in the ancient language, it would trust you.

Abilities:
With the help of an ancient language, he can cast various spells. Though the spells are powerful, they take the energy you would need to use normally, depending on how experienced you are in using this magic. When first using this magic, lifting a small stone would tire someone out, but after practice, larger stones could even be hurled at enemies without tiring the user too much. If overused, this magic can kill the user.

Is able to link minds with his dragon and other animals, including humans to communicate telepathically and to look into their mind. (I'm copying Eragon, not Dereks character Adrian.)

Soul Resonance Abilities:
Able to resonate with his dragon and increase his magical ability, giving him the ability to withstand more strenuous use.

The soul is that of a dragon. Derr.

Personality:
Yurio is incredibly protective of Glyndwr and is quite ferocious towards people he does not trusts, though when he does trust someone, he is calm and quite relaxed most of the time. Yurio is mostly obedient, but often doesn't listen to Glyndwr and does what he likes or objects to what he doesn't want.

History:
See Glyndwrs history, it's how he came to be.

Abilities:
Breathing fire, flight. Unexplained random magical anomalies that fit the moment perfectly, the usual dragon shtuffs.

Soul Resonance Abilities:
When resonating with Glyndwr, powers up his magical abilities.

Other/Miscellaneous:
Yurio is a dragon, if you didn't guess already. Will move this if a better place becomes available for both of the characters.
