History
As a young boy, Raven was found to be a good weapon for distance fighters, so his family took all his privileges away and treated and rented him like a weapon. Due to this, he never really got to experience what it is like to have fun. All he was taught was that only the smart live. So one day, he was forced to kill his own parents because they were refusing to feed him anything but human souls unless he sold himself to people. As he saw their souls, he noticed they were Kishin eggs, and ate them to gain power and to be with them forever. After this he was traumatized and started to try and experience fun. In the middle of this, a meister saw him and told him to go to DWMA. So, after realizing he had no way of getting food, he apllied and is just merely looking for a friend and how to have fun.

Other
Doesn't really communicate well because he was never really allowed to speak to others. Also there is a hidden war beast inside of him that grew from all the battles he had to fight that will come out if he is in enough danger.
